TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS

DAY 1 - 13/03

We don't do anything just because it's a trend at the moment. In the end, all online marketing measures must contribute to the strategy we defined at the beginning. Tamara and Thomas explain how they work with customers to develop digital strategies for companies in workshops and what really matters in the strategy. At the end of this presentation, you will know which questions you should go through with your client before implementing digital campaigns.

Thomas

The Ars Electronica Museum in Linz is not called the "Museum of the Future" without reason. This museum has been presenting exhibitions on digital art, robotics and applications of a wide variety of technologies since 1996. There are many interactive parts in the exhibitions that invite visitors to participate. In addition, the museum is located directly on the Danube and offers a wonderful view over Linz.

WHERE? Ars-Electronica-Straße 1, 4040 Linz

Clarissa

The internal organization of all the campaigns can be quite a challenge in the beginning. In this presentation, Clarissa will show you how our digital department is now organized in a sophisticated asana board and how it determines major learnings for the entire agency.

Viktoriia

There are countless different ways to keep customers engaged about the success of a campaign. For us, two specific ways have proven to be the most successful, and depending on the customer's needs, either one or a combination of the two is used. Viktoriia gives an insight into our Google Data Studio dashboards and explains which numbers we provide at which point in our reporting.

Vince Devos (BBC)

PS: You’ve probably noticed already that all pictures on this page are generated by AI. So if anything looks a bit wonky, don’t worry, the real thing is much better!

A new generation of potential B2B buyers will be entering the workforce any time soon, using Snapchat as their main communication channel (no, not WhatsApp!), make buying decisions based on what they see while scrolling on TikTok (bye bye LinkedIn?) and The Financial Times is not a newspaper but a YouTube channel. So how can you tailor your B2B campaign to this new generation of buyers, and make sure your story reaches the audience in the right way?

CODE OF CONDUCT

Expectations of conduct while at E3 events

While we don’t want to put a dampener on your enjoyment of social events, it is in everyone’s interests to remind you of certain expectations of conduct for the protection and comfort of all attendees. Please remember that you represent your agencies at these events.

Alcohol: There will be alcohol available during the events. We want you all to be able to relax and enjoy yourselves. We also want anyone not drinking to feel comfortable. Therefore, we would please ask you to remember this is a business event, and to act accordingly with respect for your peers.

Drugs: To be clear, any illegal drugs are completely banned at E3 events. In addition, please remember different countries have different rules around drugs, and there can be high penalties for attempting to bring drugs into a country. Please use your common sense, if you are even thinking about bringing or trying to acquire recreational drugs while there, please think again.

Behaviour: We want our events to be safe, enjoyable and memorable for everyone. You should not say or do anything that could offend, intimidate or upset any other person, whether as a joke or not (including avoiding political discussions). We trust you to bring the same level of respect as you do within your normal working environment.

The influence of alcohol: Please ensure that during the events (and in any groups that continue after the formal events), you stay in control of alcohol consumption and avoid any situations where you might fight, argue aggressively, indulge in lewd or indecent behaviour, or harass other attendees. Guests must not put the health, welfare and safety of other attendees at risk by their behaviour while under the influence of alcohol. Also please bear in mind your own safety, especially in a city that you don’t know well.

The event organisers will make it clear at the start of each event how attendees can raise any concerns about behaviour or safety during the event.
